The bike is awesome and the service was excellent. Works and rides great. Purchased for my wife. She also had a friend test it out and purchased one herself! Would recommend purchasing from Fabricbike again. The bike was a gift, but in the long run I think I will get one through then myself.

La bici es super bonita, este verano la he usado un montón por el pueblo y a todo el mundo le encanta. Además como tiene cambios, es muy comoda para subir pequeñas pendientes, y que tenga cesta es genial para llevar cosas.

I just received the bike and it looks really good (nice design and nice to ride).
I also want to highlight the efficiency and patience of the Fabrikbike Team. I had to call them a couple of times because I made an error when providing my postal adress and the parcel got lost. The person I had on the phone was always willing to help and efficient. So would definitly recommend.

Mi Step-City pidiendola por la web llegó en 48h, lo cual me sorprendió para bien. Vino muy bien embalada con plasticos y protectores y el montaje fue fácil. El color es muy parecido por no decir igual (por lo menos en el modelo azul) y los cambios van bien tambien.
Excellent in Quality & Design
I am so pleased with my FabricBike Step-City. It is excellent in quality and design. I had originally wanted a very similar bike from another company, but it was out of my price range. My husband told me to check out FabricBike, and I found a nearly identical-looking bike for half the price. An avid cyclist friend put it together for me and said he couldn't believe I got a bike like this for the price. It rides so smoothly and I get compliments every time I'm on it.

La bicicleta viene muy bien embalada y llegó en 3 dias. Está bien para lo barata que es, bastante bien pintada con el acabado metalizado, y la cesta es un plus que merece la pena cojer. Yo la tengo en azul y el color es identico.
